Greenbelt is a mixed-use development featuring restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping outlets, and housing located within Ayala Centre. Located in Manila’s premier business district. The latest addition is Greenbelt 5, which celebrates the modern flavour of Filipino architecture, lifestyle and culture while staying true to the company's commitment to sustainability.
Dynamic work process had to be adopted to ensure productivity and effective communication within the project team.

Awards
Arcadis was approached to help deliver the Cost and Commercial Management of the project. Taking a targeted approach to attracting residents and families, the retail mix spans from local fashion and accessory designers to prominent international brands such as Paul Smith and Escada. On the second floor, the Youth Zone features an active lifestyle centre, complemented by a Family Zone.
The culminating piece of the Greenbelt re-development, which completes its long-term plan to develop into a complete lifestyle center.
Greenbelt 5 is a unique shopping centre because it has that dimension of a nice park around it. It is home to Filipino arts and culture. This unique attribute of being both international in lass and Filipino at heart has won for Greenbelt 5 two prestigious awards: from the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
