Tessa is a Senior Expert at Arcadis the Netherlands and has 24 years of experience. She is specialised in the evaluation, fate and transport and soil remediation of emerging and unusual contaminants. Veronica Di Battista, Product Sustainability Consultant
Veronica has an industrial PhD in environmental engineering where she developed safe and sustainable by design strategies for advanced materials, evaluating the trade-offs between sustainability and performance to increase product quality standards. She has a background in industrial synthetic chemistry, analytical chemistry and materials science. Expertise includes engagement in multiple stakeholders’ groups, communication with different supply chain actors both upstream and downstream, working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods for safety and sustainability screenings meant to enable ranking of novel solutions against industrial benchmarks.

Maaike (Arcadis Belgium) leads the European Product Stewardship and Sustainability team. She has more than 20 years of experience.
