In May 2022, VNO-NCW, the largest employers’ organization in the Netherlands published the Tax Governance Code. As this code is largely in line with Arcadis’ own tax policy and principles published in 2021, Arcadis has naturally endorsed this code and already complies with most elements therein. The main step to full compliance we are planning to take next relates to information as listed in paragraph F of the code. To further increase our transparency in line with the code, we will be preparing disclosure of such information. Progress will be published here.
