Corporate facilities decommissioning
Arcadis has been appointed to lead the project management of a multistage facilities decommissioning program for a global multinational brand, following its earlier involvement in the project’s initial phase in 2025. As part of this engagement, Arcadis will oversee core project and program management services, covering governance, scheduling, technical supervision, and stakeholder coordination to help ensure that decommissioning activities progress in line with the planned timeline and operational milestones.
The program aims to prepare the corporate campus for its next use by delivering a fully cleared, compliant, and properly documented site that meets regulatory requirements and enables a smooth transition for future occupants.
Development management for a masterplanned initiative in Cebu
Arcadis has also been engaged to oversee the predesign development management of a large master planned initiative in Cebu. The role includes shaping the project’s vision, direction, and early technical foundations to ensure alignment with the client’s long-term aspirations for a future mixed-use, industrialized precinct.
The team is guiding the coordination of technical studies, early concept development, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining oversight of the predesign timeline. Project management for corporate office rightsizing
Arcadis has been selected to manage the workplace rightsizing and modernization of a major corporate head office. The assignment focuses on renewing workspaces that have not undergone significant upgrades in many years, ensuring that key office areas can better support current operational requirements and evolving workstyles.
The scope includes refreshing multiple office floors, improving space utilization, modernizing shared facilities, and introducing updated workplace environments that promote collaboration, employee wellbeing, and long-term flexibility.
